Very bad connection

I have been using this BSNL Broadband 2MBPS internet connection from past 2 months and I'm facing problem from the starting, internet is not stable it will disconnect for every 30min or so, some times it doesn't work. BSNL people have cheated me when I booked the broadband I had applied for type 2 modem but they gave me type 1 modem but am being charged for type 2 modem in the bill. Even my land line is not working properly we cant hear anything from the other side, we cant even recognize the voice it's full of disturbance.

I didnt expected this from BSNL. I gave complaint also, some one came from BSNL and he did something and nothing helped us again I complained then he says there is some problem in connection he can't do anything.

Please some one help me let me know what to do.
