Incomplete information when providing the service

I Filled the application for the broadband onl on 1st of June and when choosing the plan they told me that broadband will cost me 950 rupees odd every month and the there will be the deposit amount of 500 rupees and the landline will be no charge as we just wanted for the broadband and hence was told that it will be a deposit amount of 500 and nothing else as its a unlimited broadband and hence when we received the first bill they have charged seperately for the line and seperately for the broadband and for the line they have charged me 2500 rupees which no one told me about that and hence when enquired they are telling that everyone knows that and they dont have to tell anyone about this.

I want this looked into as i am not ready to make payment towards this connection charge of 2500 which I was never informed about and my BSNL telephone number is 080 25221165
