Against immensly slow speed of broadband

Sir

I am a broadband user, my Landline number is 0581-2302441 in the name of Rakesh Arora resident at 10, kamla vihar, veer savarkar nagar, Bareilly. I have been using the broad band service since last four months but I am very sorry to say that the surfing and the downloading speed provided by your department is very pathetic. I have approached to local BSNL office many times but no action has been taken yet. Every time they say that your complaint have been noticed and solution to this will be provided within 24 hrs but it never happens. It is very shameful on the part of the organisation like BSNL because this kind of service is not expected from your side.

So I Kindly request you to take some strict action so that the the customer like us should not face the problem like this.
