Dear Sir/Madam,
I am paying for the internet broad band connection with my landline no;04344-279774.
Almost 95% of the time whenever I start working after getting the purple lamp glowing in the modem
(ie connection is established- to get this it is a miracle) immediately the connection will be lost after couple or 5minutes usage. I have complained verbally to the BSNL authorities umpteen no of times but no use till date? Can I get compensation and the problem getting solved through a consumer court?
Please, help.
