Wrong BSNL Broadband billing and no response

I HAVE BEEN BILLED WRONGLY. WHEN I APPLIED FOR THE CONNECTION HOME COMBO ULF-1000, IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I FOR THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, THE USAGE OF THE MODEM IS FREE OF CHARGE AND FROM THE AFTER THAT TIME, I WOULD HAVE THE OPTION OF EITHER MAKING A FULL TIME PAYMENT FOR THE MODEM AT ONCE OR PAY RS. 80 PER MONTH UNTIL THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE MODEM WAS RECOVERED (10-13 MONTHS, IT WAS TOLD).

THERE ARE NO CALL CHARGES. IN MY DEBIT ADJUSTMENT DETAILS, I HAVE A CHARGES UNDER ADVANCE RENTAL DEPOSIT PAID (ADJUSTED WITH ADVANCE PAID, NPC-INST. CHARGES, INST. FEE BROADBAND AND MODEM DEPOSIT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BRING THIS TO ATTENTION OF THE BILLING AUTHORITIES, BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE ON ANY OF THE NUMMBERS MENTIONED IN THE BILL, INCLUDING THE COMMON CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS. PLEASE CHECK THE NEEDFUL AND GET BACK TO ME.
