I have been using BSNL broadband for the last 4 years and have become fedup of the continous disconnection which has caused me a lot of misery in the recent past.
Most of the time when I start the modem (SmartAX MT841) which was provided by BSNL during the installation it simply dosn't connect, other times (9/10) the net link suddenly vanishes and then tries to re-establish itself. Sometimes it is successful and some other time it isn't.
Due to this irritating problem the CAT form, which would otherwise be filled in mere 10 minuts, took 2 hours.
Even by the time I wrote this Complaint, the net has already disconnected twice.
I cannot give online tests, complete my registrations, do railway reservations and may other things.
When the people from BSNL come 2 my house and I ask them about this problem they simply don't answer.
Please help me.
