I installed the BSNL broadband plan 750/- plan (giving 256KBps speed) which from the start is a loss to me as the other competitors were providing doble output with only Rs. 40/- difference.. secondly i have been trying to get the technician on the BSNL Broadband local office to get to my house jsut to configure the laptop to the Wifi modem.. which is not more than 10 minutes job... it has been a week and there is no sign of the guy... the official phones which are "not supposed to be switched off" are never available on the network... everyones phone except the BSNL employees phone on duty is connected... i dont understand why dont they provide proper services having such a wide customer base... maybe is because of that wide customer base that they dont find it neeful to give any commendable service to any one of them... THIS HAS TO CHANGE...
