POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

With due submission, we would like to intimate you that we have an Internet Broadband Connection offered by BSNL. The Wi-Fi Router attached to it does not work. As a result, we are being the sufferer. We registered the complaint to the Service Provider but the complaint has been closed without having any conclusion. We are still having the problem continued.

We attempted to make a call to Mr. Manish, Mob. No. 9430488364 through our Mob. No. 9263633180 but he did not pick the phone. Then we telephoned through an unknown Number and had a conversation. He told us to sort out the complaint within half an hour. This was done many times. But the problem continued. Then after we made contact to Mob. No. 9431000818 and we were told that we should talk to the Franchise as only they can help in this affair.

We also registered a complaint to Mr. Amardeep having Complaint No. 987936355. On dated 13.07. we knocked for the action in lieu of our complaint. Mr. Amardeep informed us that no complaint has been registered. Further, we made a call to Mr. Satyaleshwar and he accepted that the complaint has been registered but closed now. Then we registered another complaint on dated 16.07.2011 Complaint No. 992153851. Mr. Satyaleshwar also told us that he is only authorized for registering complaints but not for sorting it out.

Now we are in dilemma how to have sorted the complaint. The Router is not functioning because of which the teaching of Information Technology is hampered. The students are suffering as Internet is indispensable for having a good knack of Multimedia and Networking. In fact, the future generation has been curtailed in their skills and inclinations. Who will be responsible for the hamper being caused to the students? Being determined to provide quality education, we are highly concerned and responsible for the bright future of students. But we are helpless in this regard.

Sir, it’s our plead to have a favour so that the complaint should be sorted out. We are hoping a lot for your assistance as we are feeling ourselves totally vulnerable because we have knocked all the doors but got no positive response. Please have some strict action against the Service Provider along with the concerned persons Mr. Manish and Mr. Satyaleshwar so that nobody would be the next sufferer.

Please bear a bit pain for the students and kindly troubleshoot the concerned complaint.
