I was utilizing BSNL broadband as [email protected] from Hyderabad. from November onwards I am not able to access my usage account and whenever I log in instead of my account page 'Welcome to Portal 6.1 and futher takes to IBM pages. On the top of my log in page a moving banner gives for usage account go to ' data exchange portal under BILLING_FEED_FILE/OCT_NEW Folder. God alone knows how to go to that folder.
For help, I tried to contact by phone the toll freenumber for BSNL broadband problems 1800 424 1600 which always is engaged even at times like morning at 6.30 hrs and night at 10.30 hrs. I get repeatedly, even upto 30mts, the boring announcement 'You are our most valued (valueless!) customer, your are in queue.
Can somebody help to get back to the usage account of BSNL broadband. Unfortunately, BSNL services have deteriorated to unspeakable low levels.
Somebody at BSNL is able to see this and do something.
