I am having the internet connectivity on the above phone for the last almost 3 years, of course with intermittent problems. But this time the internet has not been working for about 3 weeks, despite telephonic promises by the BSNL. It is not that I am sticking to a public sector BSNL due to non availability of other service providers as you are well aware. I served the Central Govt. for 35 years & I am aware of the investment made.
Kindly get the service provided at the earliest.
