Gurgaon bsnl brodband

I have applied for broadband connection on 21 Nov 09 in Sector 49, Gurgaon. After repeated attempts a telephone connection No 2213005 was fitted on 25 Nov 09. However the broadband connection has still not been provided despite putting complaints on telephone everyday with the local Bsnl office tele No 221900, 2218500, 2339336.

I had applied for this connection soleley for broadband. After almost 20 days Bsnl is still not taking any action.

Concerned authorities are requested to take some action.
