This is to inform that receipt of BSNL Telephone Bills dates on 14-12-09 for the amont of 35, 094.00 that includes useage of broad bandn bills of September, october, Novermber
At the out set i wish to bring to your notice the set broad band is not in working condiction from the month of october immediatly at official compliant lunch to BSNL customer service.
Moreover the bills of September, october Bills i have paid, whatever they mentioned.
First when we have taken conection they have given differnent use name and now they have changed.
We dont know which modem they have given us. used some one or old.
I am Suprised and worried how our non functioning broadband can produce such massive usage while I was in regular touch with the service centre, requirsting with the failed broadband.
Please take necerrary steps for the changing the bills . please help us to come out on this.
