I am existing costomer of bsnl broadband under home 250 plan (phone no 05446-243226). i initally take the plan home 250 wiht anual payment mode with modem purchased condition. in month of jan. latter on after complition of one i convert the same plan in monthly mode. after that in monthly bill they stared charging monthly charge on modem.many time i contact with finace of bsnl at mirzapur, some time they correct my monthly bill . i also faxed the copy of recipt of moden purchase.they never corrected the data and still charging the exess bill of modem rental which is already purchase by me at the time of instalation.
