B.S.N.L - Broad band connection (home 750) - shifting to the current residence - inordinate delay-broad band rent write off for transition/idle period- requested regarding-reg.

2) My application (for shifting) dated 27.11.2009
3) My letter no. AEE/PF/ dt 24-12 addressed to sub divisional officer (P) BSNL., Virudhunagar
Kindly refer my letters under reference.
As already informed, though i have applied for shifting of the broad band (home 750) connection on 27.11. the same has been successfully put in operation on 31.12.2009only ie., after 34 days.
Hence I humbly request that the broad band (home750) rent for the transition/idle period ie., )from 27.11.2009 to 31.12.2009 may please be written off completely.
