I have applied for a BSNL broadband connection in the month of October. The work order number is 45026383. I did call the BSNL grivence cell. Instead of registering a complaint, they gave me the BSNL office number to check what has happened. Finally we got the number of the JE, and he said they will give it. And two months have passed and nothing seems to happen.
Will they refund the 500 which i paid?
In this age of broadband competition, i cannot believe that they are doing this. I would have never applied for BSNL, but i didnt have any options since no one else is giving connections in my area.
