POOR SERVICE

With due respect I here by state that i am unlimited subscriber of BSNL/Broadband service since last 3 years. Service provided in last 6 month is very poor and irreglar. No proper response received from exchange. Specially on saturday, sunday and holidays there was no staff from BSNL to attend service.

I request to improve service in area HUSSAINPUR RAIL COACH FACTORY KAPURTHALA (PUNJAB). I request to depute staff to attend service specially on saturday, sunday on holidays.
