Slow net speed and problem in connect to the serve

Sir,

my modem cannot connect to the server many times.i have connection ed of broadband about 3 months.i have complained in the bsnl office, beawar but they don't carry they are too careless.my land line no is 01462227108. and broadband i.d. is nl1462227108.my land line phone have also problem.we cant hear clear sound by the phone.many times, net speed become also very slow.so please help me and solve my problem
