BSNL Broadband
Need portal id

Hello,

Recently i got broadband connection. I need to know the portal id. When i contacted customer service in my place. They are informing that they (BSNL) is not giving portal id now. when i contacted 1500 they told me to get it from customer service in my place. I am really disturbed with their service. I really need to know my portal id.
