Delay in connection & Rude behavour of BSNL exchange employees with customers

Hi,

I have applied for BSNL broadband connection last one week but till now nothing is happening. When I had been to BSNL exchange office in BTM Layout, Bangalore, there behavior is so rude, Mr. Sriniwash (employee of BSNL exchange BTM Layout) has shouted on me and when I have asked that oter service providers are giving connection within 3 days then he is showing me hand. He told me that talk to officer, when I asked where is he, answered me that he is outside so go and search is main road... rudly. he told me that still it will take one more week means total 2 weeks, after weeks also it is not sure ki I will get the connection.

I just want to know to the BSNL high athorities that is this way to behave with your costomers. I know nothing is going to happen...

Next month only I will take any private sector BB connction, at least they will behave with their customers in well manners.
