Slow net speed

Hello sir, my name is manish mehra.my land line no is 01462-227108.and my user id is nl1462227108.i have taken bsnl broadband 750 ul plus plan but my net speed is very slow.so please help me.this problem become again and again.nobody solve my this problem.so please solve my this problem.
