Regarding Poor Service

Dear sir,

There is a complaint regarding service at Porbandar.

As we have started broadband connection in January for 500 Home plan for 2.5 GB download limit for month.

We have charged 1980 Rs. for month Dec-Jan 10. But 2 days ago we received bill of February and it mentioned 1480 Rs. We called them at BSNL office at here porbandar branch and they are calling that we have activated plan of 1.5 GB. And they are telling you have signed the form but we have not filled up the form because of officer's mistake we are suffering here and not getting actual Service what we want and we have to pay high amounts as mentioned.

Please tell what to do?
