I have a BSNL Broadband connection # 01334245429, since last 2 years
This Number is dead since last 3 months, First complaint was logged with BSNL on 23rd Jan '10, we received a reply that cables are being layed, connection will resume within a week, but connection is still dead,
2nd complaint was launched on 18th Feb'10 complaint # 3,
3rd complaint was launched on 19th Feb'10 complaint # 2
4th complaint was launched on 20th Feb'10 complaint # 3,
5th complaint was launched on 22th Feb'10 complaint # 32
6th complaint was launched on 24th Feb'10 complaint # 24
7th complaint was launched on 26th Feb'10 complaint # 12
8th complaint was launched on 3rd Mar'10 complaint # 2
9th complaint was launched on 5th Mar'10 complaint # 51
We also logged complaint at GM office on 2nd & 4th of March
Every time we received response that issue will be resolved in a day or 2... it been almost 3 month and my broadband connection is still dead
