I am a broadband user along with the basic landline service. I am in the home125 plan with mimimal usage and the bill paid for the internet usage will always be within the monthly rent amount of rs. 125.

But unfortunately, my bill for the month of march shows an internet usage of rs. 862 which is incorrect.

Request you to check the same from your end for the anomaly in the bill and do the needful to correct and rewrite my bill. If possible pls send me the detail bill for my broadband usage for the bill dated 07/03.
