I am a user of Broad Band Internet service from BSNL. Since last few months I am not getting Internet Service frequently. Many times I have made complaints through telephone (my tel no.2882909). Complaint gets registered. But the complaint is not solved. Maximum number of times when I try to connect the internet service through modem provided by them only, I get message "Phone line busy" though phone line is not busy. On some days I do not know, how after trying 4/5 times, it gets connected. But after some time, it gets disconnected. I am unnecessarily paying the necessary charges which I have already paid yearly. I have taken Rs.250/- per month payment (I have paid yearly) internet service. Their person should come to my house and rectify the fault in their modem. I have liked the speed of BSNL Internet, but what is the use of speed of internet to me when it is not connected despite paying yearly.
