BSNL Broadband
Gives error invalid username id and when we call customer care they give a number which is invalid

Dear sir when i call customer care 1500 of bsnl they give us a no which is invalid or sometimes they cut the phone we have a prob since a month nd no action is taken but our monthly plan is still charged pls help
