No connectivity in evening to morning in vasai to virar and nalasopara

To whom so ever it may concern

THis is to inform in vasai nalasopara and virar net dosent work in evening from 7 to morning or some time till midnight wht this there is no customer care support no for bsnlbroadband its happening from last month dont know whts the problem bsnl higher authority must look tnto this matter and should give very urgent solution please look into this matter on higher priority hope u can understand this problem
