I am residing in Karapakkam, Chennai-97.I am having a BSNL BroadBand Connection (750 plan) and my phone no. is 24501324.Internet connection is down for past 1.5 months. Made customer care complaints several times, but no action has been taken yet. For reference I am providing 2 complaint numbers 58112267, 58118427.Please take some action.
