I have taken my bsnl broad band connection last year. the connection is in my fathers name (Gopalan p). THE PH NO IS 0495 2430454. under pantheerankavu exchange. there was no problems at starting.
But now I am not getting a consistent connection and is disconnecting almost every 5minutes. me complainted it around 6time to the exchange but not rectified yet.
the jdo of pantheerankavu exchange is nw saying, my home is almost 4kms from exchange and the problem will exist as such . the only option in his openion is to disconnect the service. i dont know then why they give me a connection like this if there is a problem like this due to distance. and also i dont know how my net worked properly till this complaint if the distance is a problem.
i dont know what to do for rectifying the problem now.
so please help
