BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. BROADBAND INSTALLED ON 23.02.10. SEVERAL TIMES, I HAVE REQUESTED OVER PHONE AND LODGED COMPLAIN THROUGH TELEPHONE, I HAVE NIEITHER ANY RESPONSE IS RECEIVED TILL DATE NOR ANY ACTION TAKEN TO SEND REPRESENTATIVE TO SOLVE THE PLOBLEM I AM FACING. IT SI NOT ACTIVATED PROPERLY. AFTER OPENING OF INTERNET, IMMEDIATELY IT IS GOING OUT OF INTERNET OR BEMOE HANG OVER. AGAIN, I USED TO RE-ENTER MY USER ID & PASSWORD FOR OPENING UP INTERNET. SINCCE INSTALLATION I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM. I ALSO TALKED TO MR ASH, SDE (TELE COMMN.), KOLKATA-4, OVER PHONE REGARDING THIS PROBLEM. HE ADVISED ME TO LODGE COMPLAIN AND ACTED AS PER HIS ADVISE. BUT TILL DATE THE PROBLEM HAS NOT YET BEEN SOLVED.
