Sir,
i have broadband connection for more than THREE years (home 750 plus)..Every month for a period of 4 to 5 days, i get no broadband (it gets disconnected). I regularly contact my local authorities, but there is no response from them. I losing hope on BSNL BROADBAND and waitng for some other service provider with good customer care. I also suggest my friends NOT to take BSNL broadbad.
