3Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This letter is in reference of my complaint no-26985 dated 13th July. I have been complaining about my slow broadband connection and faulty DSL since 2nd July but no one has come to even see what the problem is? I have been continuously complaining to them (the phone no.is1504) but sometimes they even hang up without listening to my complaints. I have been devastated by their behavior and request you to please look into the matter and solve my problem. And if you also can't help please suggest as to whom i should convey my plea to.
