Change the wire

Sir i book the telephone with broadband connection, i got connection with piecewire two joint wires in my home. but afterwards i known the poor phone wise disturbance when i attend the calls and make the calls time. and i enroled the complaints to bsnl customer care no.s and email but till they not change the wire, employees doing this work but bad name to bsnl company till they not at respond the my mail and change wire please make necessary arrangements my phone no.080-23183710
