I have been using BSNL broadband (250/- for 1GB one month) plan for 1 year. From very begining itself i had problems with disconnection of BB frequently. I asked the line man and telecom engineer at BSNL offices. They often came but the problem remained as same. Later a friend of mine told me to check the signal strength of connection. i got amazing results that signal strength is 4-5dB where required is 15dB for up stream and 10dB for downstream (using 198.168.1.1)...!!!
immediately i called up those people and infrmed them the matter but they told me that its the problem in twisted pair between my home to exchange. And they EXPLICITLY TOLD ME THAT THEY WONT CLEAR MY PROBLEM, BETTER I SHOULD DISCONNECT AND GO FOR SOME OTHER PLANS...!!!
this is not i was expecting from a govt servent... someone please help to sack up such officers from this place..
