I, Dr Suresh Singla, resident of H.No 873/8, Panchkula using BSNL landline and broadband on my no 0172-2581234, having faith in BSNL, in the month of June subscribed for yearly subscription 900 combo plan and deposited the annual fees of Rs 10000. Sir, but since the beginning of July, my internet connection is not working.

I have called the customer care more than 15 times. They attended the problem on July 20 after more than a week of registering my complaint and still the problem is not sorted out. I request you to refund my entire amount along with the security deposit by the end of this month and kindly take away your worthless equipments. I am very highly dissatisfied from the level of service BSNL has in this time of intense completion.
