I am using BSNL Broad band connection. i took new new connection on feb. and till now i used only some 6 months of net correctly. remaining time i suffered from line fault and disconnections of the service. even after giving many complaints to JTO and SDO of respected persons they failed to take necessary action to repair my line. and billing is continued even my disconnection and repair period.
can anybody suggest me to get coeercted my problems about BSNL service. to whom to contact.?
