I have applied for the new broadband connection along with landline on 24th Aug. I am yet to get the connection. Now the officials from Pallikaranai branch are saying that its not possible to give the connection to the particular street (Periyar street, Medavakkam) due to some cable faults and the agent has wrongly collected my application (along with a deposit of Rs.500). Now they are asking me to go for Wireless which gives a very less speed. Please help me on this.
