SIR/MADAM I WAS COMPLETELY HARRASED BY BSNL FOR MAKING WRONG BILL OF BROADBAND CONNECTION OF LANDLINE NO.033-25302674 THEY HAD SENT ME HIGH AMOUNT OF BROADBAND BILL LAST YEAR IN AUGUST AND DISMISS MY CONNECTION SAYING THAT I HAD TO PAID THAT BILL WHICH I HAD NOT USED, I HAD ALREADY TOLD THEM THAT THERE WAS ANY MISTAKE MADE BY THEM BEACAUSE I ALWAYS PAID MY BILL OF RS 800 (UNLIMITE PLAN) AT MY REGULAR TIME, BUT STILL THEY ARE SENDING BILL OF RS.843 MONTHLY WITHOUT ANY REASON INSPITE OF DISCONNECTING MY LINE.I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUS AND PLEASE LEAVE ME FROM THIS MATTER.
