Very Poor broadband service

Sir,

I sri Ajitesh Chatterjee am a consumer of your broadband service. My broadband no. is 24339329.I have been facing an accute problem for two years for your poor services. Sevaral times docket has been lodged in this no.1504.personally sevaral times ihave visited to Mr. Tapan Chakroborty (Head of the external broadband services, Baruipur Telephone Exchange) regarding my problem. But he is totally indifferent of my problem. He has behaved bad with me. Till today no steps has been taken to solve my problem. On the other hand I am paying every months bill, Please take necessary steps solve my problem urgently. My buisiness is on line share trading fir your poor service my buisiness is totaly hampared, and facing loss of thousand & thousand rupes. Hope you have understood my problem and take necessary action.
