BSNL Broadband
Not working properly from the begneing

I have very bad experiance with bsnl broad band service in Noida. From last one year I have complaint so many time but no body care. Ihave long list of compl. nos. I also registerd my compl.by site which no.25310031007300006 dt.30.7.10.After that their is no action. Again Ihave launched one compl. at custmur care cell no.is 1001476780.dt.8.11, 10 but no action. till date this compl. stand their. I think bsnl staff want that I go with airtel or any other co.

Pl tell me what action will take. And when my Net working without faild.
