I can't get my STATE GOVERNMENT's 20% discount in my broadband services from BSNL Exchange kadi..

i already give number of three application / certificate to BSNL Exchange but the employees of BSNL Exchange are irresponsible..

i am not satisfy with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Services..
