I cant check the BSNL BROADBAND usage from the begining of this month onwards. I registered into the so called selfcare portal. But when i queried the usage the page says "For the selected Month February no Invoices are present, Click on the Query button below and select another Month". So i cant check how much MB i have consumed. Any excess MB and hence the Excess money that i have to pay for is just because of the lack of responsible customer service by the BSNL authorities.
