6 months back i applied for bsnl internet services, but because of there poor services they could not install the device for 20 days, getting angered and frustrated i opted for some other operator. some days back i saw bills in my letter box.
As, i don't have any instrument through which i can use there services, howcome they can raise bill against my name.
Kindly ask bsnl to stop raising bills against me as i have zero usage and don't have any instrument through which i can use there services.
