Espected sir, my telephone no 27710787 we have taken broad band connection in the month of october, plan 512 mbps since then my net is very slow not even 150 mbps several times i have complained.with out rectifying they close the docket no for instance my coplaint no 13268303182 they have closed my complaint on 24.03.2011 without rectifying, immediately i have lodged complaint again on 24.03.2011 on they have closed my complaint again no 13273842522 with out rectifying kindly help us.
