I have applied for a broadband connection, through SMS and nobody came for the connection. Without getting any respons from my telephone exchange (Maneed, Ernakulam Dist.) i went to exchange and enquired the same. But the respons from the concerned officer was very poor, as he told to take Broadband connection from any other provider. So i request you to do the steps for getting BSNL Broadband Connection.
