I have a broad band connection to my land line Tel. No-(033) 25520129 since May. For last few months the Out Look Express is lying defunct. I had lodged complaint with Barasat Telephone Exchange under Calcutta Telephones on 06.04.2011 and the problems could not be resolved till date. No mails could either be received or sent from my e-mail [email protected] and thus I am facing problems.
