NON RECEIPT OF BILLS, DECLINING TO GIVE BILLS and DISCONNECTION

We have not received the Telephone (with Broad band) bill for the number 08212402281.from BSNL at YELWALA.- MYSORE,

Our company representative Mr. Wahid personally went to BSNL office and requested for the bill, which was denied on the grounds that up gradation of the exchange is in progress.

Now all of a sudden intimation has come to pay Rs 8261 as past dues from Nov to Feb as verbal communication.

We are a PVT LTD company and hence NO Bills can be paid on Verbal Communications. We need printed bills for accounting, taxation and validation as a process.

We need consumer care and Indian consumer form to help in resolving the issue also bills are high, due to non clarity on the type of usage. If we had got intimation earlier about the usage and bills we would have changed the scheme.
