DEDUCTION OF CHARGES UNDER MUSIC ON DEMAND

I am having bsnl land line phone and broad band internet connection. From July a charges of Rs.149/- are charged in my telephone bill under head "music on demand"

I have never activated such facility and never availed it.

I have given written complaint to SDE and Account officer to De-activate this service but nothing action is taken from bsnl, and till today same charges are made applicable to me.

Pl. tell me what to do and how to de activate this music on demand.

I have two months bills pending with me and waiting for bsnl to do something.

pl. guide me and solve this problem.
