Sir,

I am a customer of BSNL unlimited broadband service and I pay Rs. 750 every month for this but I did not get proper service from their sight. My ADSL unstable from 20/4 and for this matter I docate time to time and they did not solve the problem permanently. Last I docate on 27/8 and the docate no. is B7486 but they did not take any steps against this docate till now. Now I feel helpless but I pay their bill every month without their service. Please take the necessary acction as early as possible. Thank you
