BSNL Broadband
Not getting internet connection

My name is Thahir.k my landlne no. is 04902464621 .Iam using BSNL Broadband (plan BBG FN Combo 600) from 11nth Augest.

But steel today i have suffering from Net problem, after every 15 or 20 minutes From 1st OCT onwards i am not getting internet connection.

I am calling daily our bsnl office and tell him my problem but nobody can able to take action or solve my problem...
