Broadband problem atleast once a month

Hello Sir,

I am Shashidhar. Am residing in 5th 'A' cross, Kasturi Layout, Rajgopalnagar, Peenya 2nd stage, B'lore-58. There will be some or the other problem regarding my broadband connection. Non of them respond positively after complaining to customer care many times. my landline no. with broadband connection 28361542. Kindly do the needful.
